Alessandro Benedetto is a bold chef who blends tradition and innovation in his dishes. His culinary journey took him around the world, leaving a legacy of top-notch recipes and preparations that we are proud to recreate for our diners' enjoyment. His recipes are the result of intense research and a minimalist approach, aiming for pure, essential flavours that never fail to impress, despite their simplicity.
There are many excellent Italian chefs showcasing their cuisine internationally today, but their success is deeply tied to history and the mentors who, in one way or another, left their mark on Italian cooking. That's why we are honoured to have such a significant culinary figure guide our kitchen, continuing to inspire us both in our hearts and on our plates.
